A small, steady group of specialists who keep the marital home moving without adding pressure to either party.
A divorce sale asks more of a team than a standard sale does. Every update has to reach two households, every document has to satisfy two attorneys, and some decisions wait on a court date. These are the roles I coordinate at ABC Company so neither party has to chase anyone for an answer.

Listing and Sale Coordinator
Handles showings, offers, and paperwork, and delivers every update to both parties and both attorneys at the same time.
Property Preparation Lead
Manages cleaning, repairs, staging, and move out logistics, including the common case where one party still lives in the home and the other has already moved.
Title and Proceeds Liaison
Works with the title company and escrow so the closing statement, the payoff figures, and the division of net proceeds match the written settlement instructions on file.
